REFUND POLICY

Reservation Confirmation

All bookings at Girvan Forest Resort are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified at the time of reservation. A confirmed booking implies acceptance of the refund and cancellation terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable taxes or payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Modification of Bookings

  • Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may carry additional charges.
  • Any approved modification must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • Tariff differences, if any, must be paid by the guest.

Peak Season & Special Dates

Bookings made during peak seasons, long weekends, festivals, public holidays or special promotional periods are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
  • Girvan Forest Resort is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.

Early Departure

In the event of early check-out or reduced stay duration after check-in, no refund will be provided for unused nights or services.

Use of Resort Services

Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences, weather conditions, wildlife sightings during tours or voluntary non-usage of resort amenities.

Policy Updates

Girvan Forest Resort reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
